From Statutes to Start-ups
I’m a lawyer who’s spent over 25 years straddling both the public and private sectors — half in government, half in business. Along the way, I’ve specialised in the tricky crossroads of telecoms, IT contracts, cybersecurity, media and IP law.
I’ve helped launch new telecom services (including mobile virtual network operators), guided companies through frequency auctions, kept cloud providers and operators compliant with Polish and EU rules, and hammered out contracts covering everything from eSIMs to critical networks and IoT. Managed data leaks and cybersec incidents under heavy pression put on my Clients by their customers and regulatory bodies .
Earlier in my career, I served as deputy Head of the Spectrum Management Department of the “Polish OFCOM”, dealing with radio frequency permits and policy. I had taken part in major public reforms such as Poland’s regional restructuring and the digital switchover of television. I’ve also represented Poland in European and international working groups, from the European Commission to CEPT and ITU.
Today, after years working in recognized law firms, up to the partner position, I’m back under my own flag — combining deep industry experience with a hands-on, business-minded approach. Active in two leading Polish commercial chambers for ICT.
